RETURNS
We hope you are 100% happy with your Corcra purchase but in the unlikely event that you are not items can be returned by post to Corcra, The Buttermarket, Market Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, E91 H603. We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached and with proof of purchase.
We do not offer free returns. We accept returns by post or by courier service, but it is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items through the post or any return service. We advise that you retain this proof of purchase until you have received your refund.
A refund will be issued once we are satisfied that the goods have been returned in their original condition and within the 14-day timeframe.
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed. Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days from date of posting, depending on your bank.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm. Orders submitted on Bank Holidays are processed for dispatch the next working day. REFUND POLICY
We will refund items returned by post or courier to Corcra, The Buttermarket, Market Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary E91 H603 or in-store within 14 days of ordering. Please note items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached with proof of purchase. Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.
